Living Well Changes Everything!

Welcome to
ROLLING MEADOWS HEALTH CARE CENTER

Living well is the lifestyle you will find at Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation. Our well-trained, compassionate staff supervises every aspect of our resident’s wellness. With 24-hour nursing care, Rolling Meadows focuses on the entire spectrum of one’s well-being, from their physical and emotional health to their needs for friendship and intellectual stimulation.

Our community is composed of multiple “neighborhoods,” each with its own dining room and beautiful common area. The rooms are decorated tastefully in a homelike manner while featuring electric beds, handicap accessible bathrooms and a team of eager professionals anxious to serve.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation is committed to restoring our residents to their highest potential through kind, compassionate medical care.

Today, "thank you" isn't enough...but, it's what we have to give. Thank you to those who serve our country and those who have laid down their lives so that we can continue to live in a free USA.
